Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility is not simply words on our website, but an integral part of how we conduct our business, make decisions, and set our priorities. We are very proud to share three examples of our commitment.

“Community responsibility is integral to the way we do business. We have created an ecosystem that is not only grown and built by combination of achievements and business expansion but also commitment to the society. While taking up such initiatives, we encourage not only our employees, but also our clients to be part of it” said Mr. Benoit Lecuyer, MD , Hager India.
“Hager has a cherished tradition of commendable initiatives and practices. The vision of sustainable growth drives both business decisions as well as our Corporate Social Responsibility works. In 2013, we initiated activities like, Electrically Safe & Smart Installations, blood donation camps and tree plantation drives” added Mr. Lecuyer.
With employees of 65 different nationalities, Hager Group is a global player dealing with diversity on a daily basis. In 2014, Hager has decided to take this approach even further and formalized the approach to diversity with activities like Mumbai Marathon.

Hager Supports Mumbai & Pune Mobiles Creches

As their parents move from sites to sites, they get no education and no hope for a better future. The Hager group has always been attached to the fact that its growth should also be the growth of the people with a responsible attitude towards the society.
The vibrant growth of the construction sector in India nurtures our own growth and development. By supporting mobile Creche and its ‘child-friendly sites’ policy, We are pleased at Hager India to encourage every child living on a construction site to be safe, healthy and educated, and able to enjoy his/her childhood.
Mathoshree Bal Sansthan

Based out of a small home in the out skirts of Pune, the sansthan is home to 12 kids aged between 3 – 14 years.
The sansthan believes that the desired changes in the lives of such children will come only when more and more privileged people start participating proactively in finding a solution for the betterment of children .

Hager underscores the fact that helping is not simply a matter of dispersing money but of making a deep, long-term commitment and casting a hard eye on results .
We are humbled to be supporting this noble initiative and wish them the very best!!
